Whether you want to just do some home training, learn some new skills before you set foot in your first, real martial arts class, or simply use this to expand your existing martial arts knowledge and look at techniques from a different perspective. You can even use the drills and skills included in this course for the purpose of exercise & cardio if you fancy it.
